TOEFL-IBT Course

TOEFL-IBT COURSE

To be successful in the TOEFL exam, your academic skills must be adequately developed. Before you start a special study for the TOEFL-IBT course, your foreign language level is measured in accordance with the TOEFL Test standards and a tailor-made program is tailored to your needs. If your English proficiency is not suitable for TOEFL preparation, your basic English skills will be improved and prepared for the TOEFL program. If you only need certain language skills, your course program will be based on these skills.

WHAT IS TOEFL-IBT?

TOEFL EXAM CONTENT

The TOEFL exam measures four basic skills: Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing. Some skills are also measured in an integrated manner.

Integrated skill questions are applied in the following format;

Reading, listening and then answering the question by speaking

Speaking and answering the related question after listening

Reading, listening and then answering the question by writing

The highest score you can get in the TOEFL-IBT exam is 120. The area in which you will use your TOEFL score depends on the institution or organization.

TOEFL-IBT sections, duration and average number of questions are as follows:

The reading part lasts 60-100 minutes, you answer 3-5 reading part consisting of 36-70 questions.

The listening section lasts 60-90 minutes, you will answer 34-51 questions in total, 4-6 conferences, each consisting of 6 questions.

After the reading and listening sessions are finished, the examination is suspended for 10 minutes.

The conversation part lasts 20 minutes, you perform 6 studies. 2 of the 6 studies are independent and 4 are integrated studies.

The writing section takes 50 minutes, you perform 2 runs. It consists of 1 independent and 1 integrated study.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TOEFL EXAM

TOEFL is a worldwide test. However, you need to confirm whether the institution or organization for which you want to use your score accepts a TOEFL score.

TOEFL Exam is prepared and administered by ETS. You can apply for the exam via ETS. (Www.ets.org)

Your TOEFL score will be delivered to you within the time set by the ETS. You can view your exam score online 15 days after you take the exam.

The TOEFL test is a year-round continuous test. You can buy the exam over the Internet and participate in the exam center of your choice at any time.

The highest score you can get in TOEFL-IBT is 120.

The TOEFL-IBT exam measures 4 basic language skills and lasts 4 hours.

You can take notes on your papers during the TOEFL-IBT exam and use the notes you received during the exam. However, the notes cannot be taken out of the hall at the end of the exam.

Your TOEFL-IBT score document will show your total score, as well as the scores you receive from 4 sections (Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing).
